1. Contest Sponsor and Administration

Sponsor: Peter Mielzynski Agencies Ltd. ("Sponsor").
Contest Administrator: Peter Mielzynski Agencies Ltd., 1908 Ironoak Way, Unit 1, Oakville, ON L6H 0N1, on behalf of Two Oceans Wines.

2. Contest Duration
The contest period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on April 26 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on May 23 (the "Contest Period").

3. Eligibility

Open To: Legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Ineligible Persons: Employees, administrators, agents, or representatives of Peter Mielzynski Agencies Ltd. ("PMA"), Two Oceans Wines, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario ("LCBO"), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"), suppliers of services or prizes, contest judges, and any companies directly or indirectly involved in the Contest (including subsidiaries, affiliates), and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
- Immediate family is defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouses, or any persons with whom such employees reside.
All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be admissible.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter.

Scan: Scan the QR code on promotional materials at participating LCBO locations to be directed to the Contest Website.
Complete Form: Complete the online entry form fully, providing your name, email address, date of birth (confirming you are 19+), province of residence, and your choice between "East Coast" or "West Coast".
Skill-Testing Question: Answer a mathematical skill-testing question on the website at the time of entry to validate your submission.
Submission Deadline: All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on May 23.
Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address per week during the Contest Period. Multiple entries beyond this limit will be disqualified.

5. The Grand Prize
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won.
Prize Details: A trip for two (2) to either the East Coast or West Coast of Canada, based on the winner's choice.

Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) within Canada.
Four (4) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy).
One (1) region-specific excursion experience determined by the Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value: $5,500 CAD

Conditions: The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All incidental costs not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Confirmation

Draw Date: On May 25, in Ontario, at approximately 10:00:00 a.m. EST, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Based on an estimated 16,000 eligible entries, the odds are approximately 1 in 16,000.
Contact: The selected entrant will be contacted by email or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.
Forfeiture: If the selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) days or fails to meet eligibility or skill-testing requirements, another entrant may be selected at random.

7. Conditions for Being Declared a Winner
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Skill-Testing Question: Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid.
Attestation and Release: Review and agree to the full Attestation and Release, which includes:
- A statement that the entrant has read and complied with the official rules and meets all eligibility conditions.
- Acceptance of the Grand Prize.
- A release of liability for employees/representatives of Two Oceans and PMA Canada, and their related parties.
- Agreement to the use of their name, picture, and/or voice for advertising purposes connected with the contest, free of charge.
LCBO Release: The winner will be required to sign a document acceptable to the LCBO releasing the LCBO, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability related to the Contest or the Prize.

8. General Conditions

Property of Entries: All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Agreement to Rules: By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the final and binding decisions of the Sponsor.
Consent to Use Likeness: By participating, entrants consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, city, and likeness for advertising purposes connected with the Contest, without compensation.
Disclaimer: The LCBO and AGCO are not connected to this Contest and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this Contest.
Governing Law: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and is void where prohibited by law.
